We had a little earthquake in the San Francisco Bay Area last week. It reminded me to update my Emergency Information template and supplies. To help you do that too, and in recognition of National Preparedness Month, I’ve attached my Emergency Information template for you to download free. It’s one of two record keeping templates available at Habitudes, my personal record keeper website. You can fill in the template using Microsoft Word or most common word processors. Even if you don’t use all five pages, fill out and print the first page. Keep it on the fridge or bulletin board where your family, babysitter or house sitter can find it easily.
